This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Lucky Thirteen (the “App”), published by Stone Merchant Studios (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”), handles information.

Information we collect

We collect no information. The App:

• Does not collect any personal or identifying information.
• Does not create or require any user account, login, or sign-in.
• Does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs that gather data.
• Does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, files, or device identifiers.
• Does not connect to the internet. The App requests no network permission and makes no network requests.

Permissions

The App requests no Android permissions from you. It does not declare the INTERNET permission, so it cannot send or receive data over a network.

Local data

Any game data the App creates — such as game progress, scores, or settings — is stored only on your device in the App’s private storage. This data is never transmitted off the device and is not accessible to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the App removes this data.

Data sharing

Because we collect no data, we have nothing to share, sell, or disclose to third parties. No data is shared with anyone for any purpose.

Children’s privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. It collects no information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because we do not collect personal information at all.

Changes to this policy

If the App’s data practices ever change, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Any updated policy will be made available at the same location as this document.
